Metering
Metering is available for time-sensitive First-Class Mail. When you send us a mailing to be metered, postage will be machine-imprinted on each mail piece and sent out the same day we receive it.
A mail meter card must be included with your mailing. Mail meter cards can be obtained from Mailing & Addressing (814-865-7544).
- White Mail Meter Card – domestic
- Yellow Mail Meter Card – international
Your mail meter card must include the following information:
- budget, fund, and project numbers
- your phone number
- your signature
