Frequently Asked Questions Why should I use NowDocs to submit my files?
Do I need to install any special software on my computer to use NowDocs? Can I preview my documents before they are printed? Is there any limit to the size of the files I can submit using NowDocs? How will I know you received my order? How long can I store files in my NowDocs file cabinet? Are my files secure in transit?
Because it's easy, fast, and convenient. You don't need to stop by our office to drop off your files, and your files are less likely to be corrupted or intercepted than if you send them via e-mail. Plus, NowDocs accepts very large files that you may not be able to send as e-mail attachments.
Do I need to install any special software on my computer to use NowDocs? No. The only thing you need to install is the print driver.
Can I preview my documents before they are printed? Yes. During the file submittal process, you will have several opportunities to preview your file.
Is there any limit to the size of the files I can submit using NowDocs? No. You can submit any size file via NowDocs, even those that are too large to send via e-mail.
How will I know you received my order? We will provide an on-screen confirmation of your order at the end of the order submittal process. This confirmation will include the details of your order along with an Order ID. You will also receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
How long can I store files in my NowDocs file cabinet? Files can only be stored in your NowDocs file cabinet for a few weeks. To conserve space in your file cabinet, we will delete files from the cabinet periodically. If you need to store a particular document in your file cabinet for an extended period of time, please note this preference in the “Special Order Instructions” box when you submit your order.
Are my files secure in transit? Yes. All information submitted via NowDocs is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
